1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jl7vip ("we", "us", "the platform", "jl7vip"). By accessing or using the jl7vip website at jl7vip.app, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional activity on the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and any person who interacts with the jl7vip platform in any capacity. They cover all aspects of the service including account management, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, game play, and customer support.
If you are accessing jl7vip on behalf of another person, you represent that you have full authority to bind that person to these Terms and that person's use of the platform constitutes their acceptance.
2 Eligibility
To open and maintain an account at jl7vip, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. jl7vip does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
- You must be a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and play.
- You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a jl7vip employee or associated business partner.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
- Online gaming must not be prohibited by the laws applicable to your specific location or jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your area.
- You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jl7vip platform.
3 Account Registration
Each individual may open only one account on jl7vip. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under different names, or using different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. jl7vip will never ask for your password through email or chat. You must:
- Use a strong, unique password for your jl7vip account.
- Not share your login credentials with any other person.
- Notify jl7vip immediately at support@jl7vip.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
jl7vip accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
KYC Verification
As part of jl7vip's compliance obligations and to protect all players, we may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documents at any stage. These typically include a government-issued ID (PhilSys, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal processing may be held pending satisfactory KYC completion.
4 Deposits
All deposits to jl7vip are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Supported deposit methods include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.
- The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.
- Deposits are credited to your jl7vip wallet immediately or within a few minutes depending on the payment provider.
- You must only fund your account using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
- jl7vip does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees — please check with your provider.
- jl7vip reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if it is suspected to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.
5 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed by jl7vip as promptly as possible. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete within 5 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet may take up to 2 hours. Larger amounts may require additional processing time for security verification.
- Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that match the name on your jl7vip account.
- jl7vip may request supporting documentation before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals.
- Pending bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed in relation to those funds.
- Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.
- jl7vip reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending fraud investigations or KYC verification.
- Withdrawals to the original deposit payment method are preferred where possible as an anti-money laundering measure.
6 Bonuses and Promotions
jl7vip offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms which will be published alongside the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:
Wagering Requirements
Most bonuses at jl7vip carry a wagering requirement — this is the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus + deposit, depending on the offer) before the bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager a total of ₱10,000 before that bonus can be withdrawn.
General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are intended for recreational play only and must not be exploited using low-risk or mechanical betting strategies.
- Each bonus is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless stated otherwise.
- jl7vip reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash outside of the stated withdrawal conditions.
- jl7vip reserves the right to refuse, reclaim, or cancel bonus funds if abuse or manipulation is detected.
- In the case of any dispute regarding bonus terms, the decision of jl7vip's management is final.
7 Game Rules and Fairness
All games offered on jl7vip — including Baccarat, Roulette, Tongits, Slots, Jackpot Slots, Bingo, and Esports Betting — operate according to published rules available within each game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of the game.
- jl7vip uses certified and independently tested game providers. Live dealer tables use real physical cards and equipment monitored by camera.
- In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to player accounts.
- jl7vip's records of game outcomes are final and shall be used to resolve any dispute relating to game results.
- Displayed odds and payout rates are accurate at the time of publishing but may be subject to variation. The odds displayed before confirming a bet are the ones that apply to that bet.
- jl7vip is not responsible for losses incurred due to a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
8 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jl7vip platform. Any player found to be engaged in these activities will have their account immediately suspended and all funds may be forfeited:
- Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one account in any name or form.
- Fraud: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund an account.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players in any game to gain an unfair advantage.
- Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through low-risk betting patterns, coordinated play, or any systematic exploitation method designed to extract bonus value without genuine play.
- Money laundering: Using jl7vip to process, transfer, or conceal funds derived from illegal activity. jl7vip is required by law to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
- Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the jl7vip platform.
- Providing false information: Submitting inaccurate, misleading, or fabricated personal details or KYC documents.
- Facilitating underage play: Allowing a person under 18 to access your account or use the platform in any way.
jl7vip cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. In serious cases, jl7vip may refer matters to the relevant Philippine authorities.
9 Responsible Gaming
jl7vip is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be a source of entertainment — not a financial strategy, not a way to chase losses, and not something that interferes with your daily life. 10 Account Suspension and Closure
jl7vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe.
- At the player's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).
- Discovery that the player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
- If jl7vip determines, at its discretion, that continuing to provide service to the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
Upon account closure, jl7vip will process a withdrawal of any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds) to the player's registered payment method, provided the account is not subject to a fraud investigation or legal hold. Accounts closed due to Terms violations may have balances forfeited entirely.
11 Intellectual Property
All content on the jl7vip platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, and software — is the property of jl7vip or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jl7vip platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any jl7vip content without explicit written permission.
12 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, jl7vip and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from use of the platform.
- Losses resulting from technical issues, server downtime, or interruptions to the service that are outside jl7vip's reasonable control.
- Decisions made by players based on game statistics, historical data, or information published on the platform.
- Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the jl7vip platform.
jl7vip's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
13 Privacy and Data Protection
jl7vip collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
Key points regarding data at jl7vip include: we collect only the data necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations; we do not sell your personal data to third parties; and we implement security measures to protect your information from unauthorised access.
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you have the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances delete your personal data held by jl7vip. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@jl7vip.app.
14 Amendments to These Terms
jl7vip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, jl7vip may also send a notification to your registered email address or display an in-platform message.
Continued use of the jl7vip platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any change, you should stop using the platform and close your account. Requests for account closure can be submitted to support@jl7vip.app.
15 Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to jl7vip's internal dispute resolution process.
To raise a formal dispute, contact our support team at support@jl7vip.app with full details of your complaint. We aim to resolve all disputes within 14 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
jl7vip's internal records, including transaction logs, game histories, and communication records, shall be used as the primary source of evidence in resolving any dispute.
